All-On-Four/All-On-Six Teeth

At Mere Dentistry, we can help patients living with multiple missing or severely damaged teeth receive a smile transformation from All-On-Four/All-On-Six Teeth.

Designed to replace up to a whole arch of teeth, All-On-Four/All-On-Six Teeth is an innovative implant treatment that uses four or six strategically placed implants that are then able to support up to a full-arch prosthesis. If you’re living with multiple missing teeth, or have several teeth that are in advanced decay or disease and in need of replacement, then this treatment could be the answer you’re looking for.

What are the benefits of All-On-Four/All-On-Six Teeth?

  • Stable, secure, comfortable replacement for multiple teeth.
  • No slippages.
  • No need for messy dental adhesives or cleaning routines.
  • Eat and speak with confidence.
  • Enhance the smile.
  • Natural-looking and aesthetically pleasing.
  • Cost and time-effective treatment for replacing multiple teeth.

What is the treatment process like?

  • We’ll first use a numbing cream before local anaesthetic, so you’re comfortable throughout the treatment.
  • We’ll insert 4-6 implants into the jawbone.
  • We’ll place a temporary bridge/prosthesis so you can leave the practice with fully functioning teeth and a new smile.
  • Once the implants have successfully fused with the jawbone, we’ll be able to place your personal, permanent prosthesis.

Is this treatment suitable for older patients?

There is no age limit to receiving All-On-Four/All-On-Six Teeth, but as with all implant treatments, we’ll first asses your viability with an X-ray or CBCT scan. This will show whether there is enough healthy jawbone available for the implants to be successful. Because of the strategic placement of the implants in this treatment, All-On-Four/All-On-Six is actually often a more suitable option for patients with less healthy jawbone available.
